Asetek SimSports Announces Invicta Quick Release Adapter Kit
Aalborg, Denmark – June 29, 2023 – Asetek, the uncompromising sim racing company and pioneer in gaming hardware for next-level immersive gaming experiences, has announced its Asetek SimSports® Invicta™ Quick Release Adapter Kit today. This kit allows sim racers to easily mount their own steering wheels onto the 27 Nm Invicta, 18 Nm Forte®, or 12 Nm La Prima™ Direct Drive wheelbases from Asetek SimSports. With the Invicta Quick Release Adapter Kit, sim racers can now choose their preferred steering wheels, coupled with a robust and user-friendly wheel connection, and the immersive experience of optimal force feedback from any of the Asetek SimSports wheelbases.
Successfully tested with various third-party wheels, the Invicta Quick Release Adapter fits all wheels with a bolt pattern of 6 mm x 70 mm and 6 mm x 50.8 mm. The adapter also features integrated power and data connections, enabling seamless connectivity between the steering wheel and wheelbase. Sold as a kit with three different shaft lengths and a mounting flange included, the adapter comprises high-quality solid aluminum parts machined at our own factory in Denmark with extremely high precision to ensure a perfect fit, along with integrated electronics. The kit includes:
- Shaft lengths of 80 mm, 150 mm, and 200 mm (total Quick Release lengths)
- Mounting flange supporting both 70 mm and 50.8 mm bolt patterns
- Integrated PCBA featuring optional power and USB support
- Designed and manufactured in Denmark using advanced CNC machines
